BY MAIL:
To order by mail, simply print out, complete, and send the mail-order
form with your personal check or money order (drawn on a US bank),
or complete credit card information. Foreign orders must be paid in
US dollars, and payable without fee at a US bank.

and credit terms are extended to qualified distributors and resellers
(tax-exempt number and verifiable business address are required). See

We
welcome purchase orders (60 days net) from qualified libraries. Please
include a purchase-order or other authorization number, and complete contact
information. Mainspring Press titles may also be ordered through Blackwell's,
YBP, and other major library distributors.

Returns
Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome
to return it in new condition within 30 days of shipping date for a refund
of your purchase price. Return postage within the U.S. will be refunded
at actual cost, limited to USPS Media Mail rates. Refunds will not be
issued for items that were purchased from sources other than Mainspring
Press.
FOREIGN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed,
except in the case of replacement-in-kind for damaged or defective copies.
Foreign customs fees and taxes paid by the recipient are not refundable.
TO ENSURE YOUR REFUND: Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the shipping date shown on your receipt. Please enclose a copy of your Mainspring Press receipt or invoice with all returns. Marked, soiled, or damaged merchandise (other than defective items, items damaged in shipment, or items sold specifically as seconds) are not returnable.
